To be considered for investment, companies must be profitable, have efficient operations and a clear focus on prevention and health care innovation. The fund’s investment is targeted at improving supply chain performance and achieving a higher level of service so that a better cost-value ratio is obtained. Our preferred investment strategy is to take large minority stakes.
