Residex Beheer holds various successful investments dating from before our sole focus on health care and includes several non-health care private equity investments, mainly in the industrial, trade and ICT sector.. Here too, strategic buy and build investments are key portfolio areas. Acting as lead investor, Residex facilitated investments in, for instance,  Refresco and Bakkersland. However, in line with our current strategy,  Residex has refrained from making further future investments outside the health care sector.
